My wife was on Tier2 general (5 years) & her ILR is approved (awaiting BRP).
I was on PBS Dependant - BRP expiry 15th Dec'20 and now applying for PBS Dependant extension within UK
I had previously filled & kept the application in draft but today I noticed that the form re-loaded with many additional questions.
My first question is - Since Tier 2 general has now been renamed to Skilled worker - do I need to fill PBS Dependant application (PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent dependant partner) OR Skilled Depedant now?
Has anyone seen or started filling new PBS Dependant form - there are hell loads of extra questions (making the life difficult for everyone!!). Some sticky questions incluude:
1. Driving License - though easy, wondering why its added.
2. Medical Treatment in UK - accidental & non-emergency; provide it was free / paid - do we need to include general visits for cold, coughs. I have not maintained that level of details personally
3. World Travel History (It says - Do not include visits to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland or the European Economic Area) - So much unnecessary when all details are captured/provided via biometrics!!
4. Child School Address & when did he start the school, whether he has been outside UK for more than 2 weeks - I have said yes, hope its not a issue. dont know why they ask 2 weeks specifcally
5. Child - Last 10 years visit in UK in any visa
6. Child - World Travel History
Respected Guru (Cullinan) is going to give a try on dummy application tonight - many thanks to him.
However just wondering has anyone else observed / provide guidance since my submission date is pretty close - 15th Dec. Any help from other Gurus here - srsw, CR001??
feeling sad - UKVI again has let us down with no proper support, no guidance, no helpdesk - pushing many in difficult situation
