Hi,

Route: naturalisation via 5yrs Tier1 Entrepreneur + 1ILR

It's me again. I'm looking to upload my documents as below:

Evidence of Identity: Data Pages – Current Passport + 1st & 2nd Previous Passports
Evidence of Knowledge of Language: UK MSc. Degree Certificate
Evidence of Life in the UK: Life in the UK Pass Letter
Evidence of Lawful Residence – 5yrs: Scanned Pages of Current Passport + 1st & 2nd Previous Passports + Council Tax Bills from 2015 – 2020
Evidence of Indefinite Leave to Remain: Current Biometric Residence Permit
Evidence of Marriage: Marriage Certificate
Evidence of Referee Declarations: Referee 1 & Referee 2

Please is there any Doc/Category I've left out?

Many thanks for your kind help.

Council tax bills not needed. Passport stamps covering last 5 years are enough. All rest OK.

Also, Evidence of Marriage: Marriage Certificate, my spouse is not British, should I still include Marriage Certificate?

For the benefit of those following this topic...

My British Citizenship Application was successful. I received a positive decision via email today 08/02/2021 from the Nationality Casework Decision Service.

I will update my timeline in the Nationality Timeline Thread in due course as soon as I receive my Citizenship Ceremony Invitation letter.

Many thanks to everyone who supported me during this application process especially @CULLINAN who took the time to respond to all my questions at that late hour on 14/12/2021 when I eventually submitted my application.

I have been following your post and thanks for taking time out to detail the processes and to Cullinan for his responses.

I have a similar situation, as I am the director of my LTD and operate under the company since 2015. Apart from listing your employment history details, did you have to add any cover letter and/or Tax Reference Number in this regards?

As an EEA family member, I do need to indicate self-employment as I don't hold a CSI for this reason. So, do I also need to add two entries, one as a director and another as an employee even though I pay zero tax as an employee for similar reason?

Looking forward to your responses.

That's the aim, I'm glad you find this useful.
Back to your question,
So as a Director and Employee of my business, I selected both boxes. Yes, you should check both applicable boxes.
I did not attach any cover letter.
I indicated my business Tax Reference.

Hope this helps.
