Hello,

I am quering this on behalf of my friend:
We are in process to fill the EU dependent family visa from UK. while completing the application we were stuck with one question which is little confusing:

have you been issued with a residence card as the family member of a British citizen?

are they asking for resident permit was issued in EU??
