From Sponsor's:
1. Sponsorship letter
2. Tenancy agreement along with evaluation of your property (that u have enough space to accommodate him/her)
3. Ur Bank statements should cover 6 months
4. Payslips fir last six months n p60 or SA302 if u r self employed.
5. Ur immigration status in the UK.
From Applicant's:
1. Applicant's job or pension or property documents along with his family ties in back home.
2. Applicant's bank statements covering six months
If there is recently huge transaction in your or applicant's statements then you should explain with proofs because some cases ECO also makes basis of refusal on unusable transaction. Hope it makes sense and best of luck
