You can not.
Thank you Culliman for your response. I have seen a lot of people saying that their right to work changed before they got their ILR response. So I was wondering how to check my RTW while awaiting ILR. I tried using the first option (I have a UK VIsas and Immigration account), but it keeps telling me that the details (ID and DoB) are incorrect.
Yes, because that option, (the UKVI account one) for some reason is linked to the EU Settlement Scheme and not other ILR/immigration routes.vbbu wrote: ↑Wed Dec 16, 2020 12:24 pmThank you Culliman for your response. Then what is your advice to ensure that I wont miss the delivery? As I wont be able to stay at home 24/7 for that and I live alone. In case I miss it, can I come to the depot to collect it?
Thanks
You can arrange re-delivery. Should take few days.fx125 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 16, 2020 12:34 pmThx alot Cullinan. Can I please ask if you know what happen if I miss the delivery? Can I come to the depot to collect it or re-arrange the delivery? Will it be quick or it will take weeks and months for re-delivery?

I have applied for ILR (5 Year spouse route SET(M)) on 13 July 2020 online. Biometric was submitted via IDV on 29.08.2020 and documents submitted on 10.09.2020.
I am still waiting for reply and my dad is ill back home I need to visit him as early as possible.
Could you please help me what is the best email address to contact home office to find out the status of my application.
Many thanks in advance

Do you have evidence? If your situation is compelling, arrange evidence and write a letter to HO.Cyildirim wrote: ↑Wed Dec 16, 2020 10:29 pmHi Dear Members
I have applied for Set M on 20.10.2020 and Biometrics on 09.11.2020.
My mother got very ill afew weeks ago. Last week i have sent an email to my MP. He said he has contacted HO and he will update me once he received an answer. It has been 5 working days still no answer.
What do you think about this?
Thanks
My hopes of hearing back on my case in 2020 have faded. I am thinking my caseworker is already out for Christmas/New Year as Sepetember applicants have begun receiving decisions.poper wrote: ↑Mon Dec 14, 2020 9:02 pmThat's heartening to see decisions in date order. August Set LR outstanding applications now are:
29th August - 2 (including yourself)
31st August - 2
I think you will hear back this week for sure, hopefully (and most probably) tomorrow!![]()
Who're the 9th and 21st August users?
Same here mate. Who knows how long it's going to take now. That being said, there haven't been many September approvals and most 29th-31st August are still outstanding. Not sure how they have allocated cases amongst and between caseworkers tbh.poper wrote: ↑Thu Dec 17, 2020 11:52 amMy hopes of hearing back on my case in 2020 have faded. Overall the approval rate has declined as we approach Christmas for all routes. I think there has been only one Set LR approval recorded in this form for the last three days. Its already pretty quiet.ajitu92 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 17, 2020 11:59 amSame here mate. Who knows how long it's going to take now. Including Facebook groups there have been 8 Set LR approvals in total on 14, 15 and 16th December. Nothing yet today.poper wrote: ↑Thu Dec 17, 2020 12:28 pmOverall the approval rate has declined as we approach Christmas for all routes. Not bad then. I can hold on to some hope then. Lets see how long my prospective employer can waitajitu92 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 17, 2020 2:53 pmIncluding Facebook groups there have been 8 Set LR approvals in total on 14, 15 and 16th December.
