How do you use the right to work website if your current BRP has expired?

Hi, for those who have received Decision and awaiting for BRP - Does HO send you TNT tracking number? If yes, can you please let me know what email it comes from and normally how many days after decision you got the email? Thanks alot

got mine from brp.courier.delivery@notifications.service.gov.uk and tntdnr@homeoffice.gov.uk

got decison email 11/12 and upcoming brp delivery notification email 15/12.

tracking details shows it will be delivered 17/12

So I was wondering how to check my RTW while awaiting ILR. I tried using the first option (I have a UK VIsas and Immigration account), but it keeps telling me that the details (ID and DoB) are incorrect.

Yes, because that option, (the UKVI account one) for some reason is linked to the EU Settlement Scheme and not other ILR/immigration routes.

Not everyone gets a tracking number. Some get, some dont. Many have reported receiving BRP delivered even without a tracking.

Contact TNT after you get a decision. Provide them with your name and address, they will let you know if they have any parcel for you.

I have applied for ILR (5 Year spouse route SET(M)) on 13 July 2020 online. Biometric was submitted via IDV on 29.08.2020 and documents submitted on 10.09.2020.
I am still waiting for reply and my dad is ill back home I need to visit him as early as possible.
Could you please help me what is the best email address to contact home office to find out the status of my application.

Do you have evidence? If your situation is compelling, arrange evidence and write a letter to HO.

I submitted my ILR Set O application on June and still awaiting for the decision . Now standard processing time for ILR 6months also gone. Yesterday I called UKVI contact centre and they said I need to wait for case worker to contact me. I am not sure that how long it is going to take? anyone suggest me what is the best approach to contact case worker? Is this good to send an email to wandscontingency email address?

All August Set LR until 28th are done (on my list) bar a couple. 1 from 9th (I suspect the user hasn't updated their timeline) and another from 21st (that seems to be a complex case).

August Set LR outstanding applications now are:

29th August - 2 (including yourself)
31st August - 2

I think you will hear back this week for sure, hopefully (and most probably) tomorrow!

For all those who are waiting for OVER 6 months and have failed to get a decision even after contacting HO first, MP intervention.

I would suggest to make an official complaint to HO especially if you have compelling circumstances. Mention the reasons how the delay has impacted your life, with evidence where appropriate.

Complaints are handled by a different department and puts lot of pressure to make a decision quick.

Obviously, you are well within your rights to make a complaint if HO has taken unnecessary time which is impacting aspects of your daily life and mental health.

Still waiting for my Set LR (M) spouse Visa extension since 24th June 2020. Try to escalate with MP and complained through the UKVI website but nothing.

Is it true after 6months we can track the application?
