No response from Home Office

Hello, at 16 th of July I apply for a spouse visa in UK, at 17th of August I have biometric appointment at Croydon, from this moment I do not hear anything from Home Office- I call helpline in and they send at 13th of November escalation email- no response- at the end of November I send complaint to Home Office but again no answer. I call them but they can't do nothing- every time ask me to call next week- what can I do now? I hear that I can go to local MP but is there any other way to get know what is happening with my application?

Complain at 20th of November- one by email and one by Royal Mail to Sheffield

Application within UK are currently facing a lot of delays! I have seen people who are still waiting from June and haven't heard anything yet so there's no consistency at the moment.
