Hi All,
I am planning to apply for tier 1 general visa from India and I have a query in calculating points for my previous earnings.
I know that we can consider the earnings made from both full time and part time employment.
I am working for a well known IT company in India as a full time employee. I can provide the payslips (with sealed & signed by the employer) and the original bank statements for the same.
Additionally, I worked for a small IT company for last three months as a part time (3 hrs per day) employee. Can I include this as well in my previous earnings? What are the documents that I need provide for this?
Mode of payment:
I dont have any payslips for my part time job. I recieved 30% of the gross amount in cash (single payment) and the remaining settlemt (after Tax) was done by a single cheque payment to me.
I have the below documents with me,
1. Offer letter from the employer - The offer letter has the duration (3 months) of the work and the gross amount (35000 INR) offered for the same.
2. The final settlement letter from the employer which shows the break up of the salary (Cash payment, Tax and final cheque payment details)
3. Copy of the cheque (attested) issued by the employer.
4. Bank statements showing the cheque deposit details.
Is this enough or should I get any other evidence for my part time job?
Your help is much appreciated !!
Thanks.
