Hi everyone. Can anyone help me?
This is what is happening :
My lawyer and I are applying for my parent visa. I am here IN UK
During our application and emails between us and the home office to prepere my application to be submitted, my name was corrected
Our application was submitted successfully under my name.
Then shortly we received an email from the home office with a link to create o reset a password to continue with the process with Bio metrics But That email instead of having my name, they wrote some else name but with my personal UAN they used for my applications before.
My lawyer sent emails to HO to fix my name but they did not respond. She called a H. O agent and this agent advised her to book my biometric appointment with the wrong name ( because of time limits) anyway and tried to fix it before I get to the biometric day
She booked my biometric for next week under someone else name but with my UAN. The UAN is correct but my name NO
I am very concern about this
My lawyer also advised me to go and do the biometric and explain to agent when I get to the biometric building what is happing and that I should bring printed submitted applications under my name is when was correct to prove that we submitted under my name and that they are making mistakes with my name and unfortunately we don't have a any feed back from them regarding this matter.
Can anybody guide me?
