VFS Delaying Passport collection - Delhi

Hi Members,

Has anyone noticed delayed passport collection email from VFS Delhi. We applied for UK Visitor visa for my mother on 15th Dec 2020 and got visa application has processed email on 4th Jan 2021. But we have not received any email/ notification post 4th Jan to collect the passport.

Please share any experience for recent uk visa applications.
