Spouse Visa Extention

Good Evening All,

I have few Qs and appreciate if anyone kindly have a look.

1. My Mrs visa is expiring on 8th March 2021 and I would like to know what documents are required?
2. Can I apply on 8th March 2021 (Last Day) because I am receiving wages on every 8th and I will need to include February payslip.
3. Till March 8th 2021, I will have 5 months with current employer and my salary will be around 10k. Remaining income is 8,815 during previous months. We have also 2 little kids (both born here and are British).
Should I include all 12 months bank statements? off course, I will include all payslips.
4. I am also getting UC benefits and council tax reduction (My Mrs Name is only mentioned but not receiving any benefits). Would this impact on the result?
5. My Mrs has already B1 so there is no need to do any English qualification.
6. I am aiming to apply myself online due to financial issues. Is it easy process or I have to involve solicitor?

Please let me know if there is anything else to consider.

Anyway, payslips and bank statements covering required period, employer letter, evidence of cohabitation for past 2years by correspondences addressed to you both (6pcs) or individually (12pcs) at same address evenly spaced 3-4months interval, evidence of meeting English Language Requirement,
2. Can I apply on 8th March 2021 (Last Day) because I am receiving wages on every 8th and I will need to include February payslip. Yes you can, do your utmost not to leave or delay and then cross over to 9th March, that will be out of time application.

Should I include all 12 months bank statements? Yes off course, I will include all payslips. CAT B application since you are not up to 6months with current employer. Check that you meet both parts of requirements. Note that if wife is working and income meets the requirements with one employer, you can use her income and financial evidence and apply under Cat A which is more straight forward

Easy process for straight forward situation. No need for solicitor, clarify any issues you are concerned or unsure about here.

I am in process of getting all required documents together.
Employer letter would not be a problem. Although I am on 0 hour contract but income requirements £18600 would be fulfilled.
Regarding evidence of cohabitation for past 2years by correspondences addressed, only bank statements sufficient? we both can order all statements which covers last 2 years.

Also, I have 2 bank accounts. for my current employer, I am using new different account but for previous jobs, I had other account. To Cover 12 months, can I use 5 months statements for 1 account and 7 months for other account where wages credited?

We will be under CAT B. My Mrs is not working and I will submit my 12 months payslips from different employers.

WAGES 1778.88
TRAVEL ALLOWANCE 100.80
SUBSISTENCE 114.24

Would there be any issue or I have to minus "Travel and subsistence" and check again if my income is equal to 18600?

Regarding evidence of cohabitation for past 2years by correspondences addressed, only bank statements sufficient? we both can order all statements which covers last 2 years. No. The sources needs to be from at least 3. Your letters from DVSA, DVLA, HMRC, NHS etc can be used.

There will be no issues, your gross income is what is considered and looking at wages alone, you will meet the financial requirements.

I will apply under CAT B. I understand that I will require a letter from current employer.
This is my 5th month with current employer and I have worked with 2 other employers previously .
Do I have to get letters from previous employers as well?
