Does a child get British citizenship if a father has it and they both live abroad?

I am a dad, I was granted British citizenship a year ago. Our son was born here and got the citizenship automatically. The mum has only got Polish citizenship.

We now have another baby on the way and we are planning to move over to Poland at least for a few years. Will our daughter (who will be born in Poland) be eligible for a British citizenship (because of the dad having it)? If so, what do we need to do once she is born for her to receive it? (While we are in Poland).

Provided the child is born abroad on or after the date of the father's naturalisation certificate, the child is automatically a British citizen by descent and can apply directly for a British passport with proof of the father's British citizenship (the father's naturalisation certificate) and the child's birth certificate.

However, be aware that British citizenship can only be transmitted one generation outside the UK and that any of the child's own children (your grandchildren) born outside the UK will not be British citizens automatically.
