can i claim back tax on P50 since I have become redundant

can i claim back tax on P50 since I have become redundant

Hi all,

Does anyone know if I can claim back tax that I have paid using a P50 form since I have become unemployed made redundant and could use the extra cash to tide me over til I get a new job.

Also, if I claim back tax using P50 form would that affect me getting ILR in 3 years time.

Please respond. I appreciate your words.
