How early can I apply for Naturalisation?

Hi,
I received my ILR on 20 Feb 2020,can I apply now for my Naturalisation?
Secondly,can my store manager act as professional referee in this application?

You can apply when the 12 months wait time is completed, i.e. 20 Feb 2021 - or if you are married to a British citizen apply now. You can start inputting your details but don't "submit".
Does the referee have a professional qualification? If so then yes. If not he can be the other referee, if he qualifies to be a referee.

Thank you,understood that I just wait till 20 Feb.Regarding the referee,Does this mean that if he has some university degree or some membership of an association?

Membership of a professional body (such as accountant, lawyer, ...) - not uni degree alone.

I see so he can’t act as professional referee then I’ll need to speak to someone else,thanks for quick reply I still have another week until find someone suitable fingers crossed
