marshal8732 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 13, 2021 3:17 pmFor point number 6 do I need to mention annual income or monthly income in the letter?
As my monthly income has varied due to furlough.
Employer to State the contracted income and ref income as per current situation. Note that consideration made by HO for effect of pandemic on income.
Also my payslip does not reflect the hours or rates on it due to furlough should I put down as CAT A in salaried
Your employer can mention the periods which you have been furloughed and does your payslips shows furlough on it?marshal8732 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 9:35 amHi
As for the ref income due to furlough does it need to be mentioned for every month for the last 6 months on the letter.
Just because your salary varies doesn't you are Non salaried. Sometimes where someone is in a salaried employer and they carried out overtime, their income can varies. As per official guidance regarding overtime, bonus, commission and tips etc are calculating using Non salaried formula and you then added it back to your salary.marshal8732 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 11:37 amYes my payslip shows furlough on it.
As my wages varies so I will be non-salaried.
Just want to confirm I will ask from employer to mention 6 months' wages and as for the annual, I will do it according to the guidance formula. 6 months wages/6 x 12 and ask the employer to mention it like this
Is that ok If you are truly Non salaried, the amount you calculated using the formula above will be put on the application form where it ask how much do they earn because that's the amount to be used towards meeting the financial requirement.
Nothing to say about was said above?marshal8732 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 12:34 pmAs my salary is varying DO I need to ask my employer to mention the total of 6 monthly salaries on the letter prior to the application.
Does the employer need to mention individual each month salary on the letter or total of 6 months is sufficient?
As my salary would have been different if it wasn't due to furlough does the employer need to add all the last 12-month salary and mention it in the letter as the salary im receiving is not the same as when I started work prior to furlough?
