Requirement of citizenship after ILR

Hello to all i am new member here. Thanks for accepting my request.

Case study:
I applied for Set LR 10 years long residency. I got successful application. On my biometric card it says.
SETTLEMENT
INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN
OUTSIDE RULES.

my concern is what is this OUTSIDE RULE?? Nothing clear on my decision email. It is same as other other ILR people gets.
And will this OUT OF RULE thing effect on naturalisation ??

You were granted ILR outside the immigration rules by discretion.
You can apply for AN as long you meet all the AN requirements. No difference for AN.
