BRP card collection delay

Hi All,

Its been 3 months since my arrival in UK and my BRP card is not available for collection yet. Called up UKVI and submitted online form on ukvi website. Still no luck. Anyone with same issue and got it resolved?

Visa type: Tier 2 ICT PBS dependant
date of arrival: 21/10/2020
