Czech Republic Resident(Not National) can work in UK?

Does anybody know that the residents(not Nationals)of 10 new EU countries can live and work in UK without visa and work permit like nationals of these countries?

No unless you qualify for visa exempt employment under another immigration category e.g. as the spouse of an EEA national exercising treaty rights in the UK. Sorry.
