Name in which you made the application

Hi all,

While completing naturalisation application the question Previous application details asks "Name in which you made the application"

Do I need to put my name or the name of the visa category that I previously applied? Please advise.

It is your name. But I always suggest the format I used for myself also:

[Your name] [Visa Category]

For example:

[Mr X] [Tier 1 Ent]
