Renewal as slf employed

I came to UK under HSMP and now self employed. I am going for the renewal after 2 years under Tier 1. What are the criteria do I have to meet? I am confused with the old and the new point system.Can anybody give me an advise on this?

Hi Giri,

If you got your approval before 6 Nov 2006, you only need to apply for extension using the Judicial Rule criteria for extension. Show that you have been economically active in the UK .Go to the UKBIA website for more details. If not, you have to read the new guidance rules for Tier 1 General.
