WHM -> HSMP -> ILR = how long?

Post by Bipolar Bear » Thu Sep 25, 2008 6:33 pm

hi all, quick question - i searched but cant find a definitive answer. i came over to uk initially on the old whm scheme and switched into hsmp after 1 year. Ive now been in hsmp almost 3 years. I know its now 5 years for ILR and they say you can include time spent in other work permit classes in that 5 years. Can i count my time as a WHM towards ILR?

I suspect i know the answer but i would like to know for sure... :?

thanks.
