Hii...actually i have applied for an EEA family permit in nov 2020 and oct 2019.but we have been refused the visa.initially i have had a plan to study in uk genuinely but as this was a visa for dependents we depend on my uncle from portugal staying in uk we decided to go for that visa.i just want to know that,will this refusals affect my student visa to uk.or,are there some new laws which can let me study in uk?i am really stressed abt this.i'll be thank full if i get the answer to this doubt.

It depends on the reason for the refusals. You need to check what those reasons were, then whether those reasons would mean you would fall foul of the General Grounds for refusing a visa application.

It is quite complicated, and your own UK immigration history seems quite complex anyway, so it is probably not something that people here can advise on, not for free anyway, other than referring you for research and advice.
