Employment Letter for ILR

Hi, My ILR is due in April 2021 and I have to sign a settlement agreement for redundancy with the end date in September 2022.
My employer will mention this date on the letter they will give to support my application. How will this impact my ap[plication?
Also, if anyone please share the format or content required in employment support letter from the employer.

Your employer must give you a letter that says they need you for the foreseeable future. If they do not, then you cannot get ILR. There is a letter sample topic on top of the fourm
