MN1 Applications checklist

Dear Members,
I'm preparing MNI form my 3 years old who born in UK, on the checklist, is mentioned that, 2 referee declaration is requested. On Referee and Identify, it's been advised to write applicant's full name and date of birth and glue it on.
Question: Do we need to send this 2 referee declaration via post? anyone recently shared referee details to HO, please advise whether it's online by scanning the declaration form with passport photograph or via post?

Do i need to stick a passport photo and scan a form, please?

Or do I need to send a photo graph with name and dob backside, please? ( I hope this is for old paper application but need a clarification)

The referee form is not updated since the online system can in place. Just follow the instructions. Scan and upload. In rare cases HO may ask for originals later on (very unlikely) so keep the originals safe.
