Study Permit and bringing dependents

I intend to take up an IT diploma course with a college in Toronto, Canada. The program duration is 4 semesters. I would love for my kids to join me as well. Can they qualify cor a free primary education at any of the Private or Catholic schools run by the TCDSB and TDSB. Please enlighten me so I can include them in my student permit application.
