Hi,

Please could anyone here advice on what to do, below is my situation.

I am a British citizen, my daughter is 16 years and was born Nigeria before i became a citizen and i am not married to her mum.

The primary carer of my daughter was my mum who passed away in 2017. After 2017, my daughter went to stay with her mum. My daughter's mum is now married and has her own family.

My daughter is not happy with her living situation at present and her mum want her to move to my relatives or come over to the UK to leave with me.

I am now in the position to bring her over. Please could someone advise on where to start, what needed to be done and what supporting documents that is needed submit to the UK immigration.
