Accountancy jobs for new hsmp comers?

Does anybody guide about getting a job in field of Accountancy with a qualification of B.Com + MBA Finance and accounting. Its been three months I can into U.K I have applied 100s of jobs but couldn't find one. The same answer got from everywhere "Do u have experience of working in U.K? (NO) sorry we can’t offer u a job if u doesn’t have experience of working in U.K.
I just came in U.K on hsmp i have experience of working in my home country.... its ridiculous....

Can anyone advice about this matter....

Well, dont know about Accounts/Commerce...But even in IT they ask for UK exp which is ridiculous..Windows/Software work same in UK/US/India..
I think they mean local exp/soft skills
Its kinda chicken and egg situation..So may be do some voluntare job and then show that as local exp.
Unfortunately there are thousands of local ppl. who are looking for a job/available,so its natural that they would get preference..They r familiar with local lingo/office culture etc..
