TIER 4 DEPENDENT VISA

I got a dependant visa from nigeria,but no letter was attached to it.I went to the post office at Stratford to pick up my BRP but was told my BRP card was not there. Is it because I don't have a letter attached to my visa/passport?
What should I do?

You should have asked these questions at the Post Office!
