replacement of lost indefinite leave to remain BRC

Hi
i misplaced my indefinite leave to remain BRC in january. i have repored this to the police and and been online to request a replacement, however it appears all i can se on the uk.gov site relates to the EU/EEA setlement holders and nothing for non EU/EEA people such as myself

Can you help advise if the same rules apply or i wherelse i should look?

There is no difference between EEA and non-EEA migrants now as the EEA rules do not apply anymore post Brexit. ILR or settled status is now granted to both. If you were granted ILR before, then there is no need to apply under the EU settlement scheme again.

However, If you had a 'permanent residence document' (not the UK ILR) then you must apply under the EU settlement scheme.
