My story may not be as severe as anyone else on this forum but I'm very happy at the moment I just thought I'd share my experience. To make a long story short, I was an overstayer for 1 year (NOTE: WAS)

I wouldn't be able to advise anyone on immigration law as i'm not an expert BUT sharing this and all this time being an overstayer, just to have a bloody 6months visitors stamp on my passport is like having the whole world lifted off your shoulders! It just feel so good....I just want to thanks people who have previously replied to my post and answered my questions eventhough my case isn't as bad as some of the ppl on this forum and my questions can be really stupid sometimes.
To those who still has immigration issues, all I can say is 1 million people will tell you 1 million different thing but if you follow your gut instinct and you can never go wrong (unless, obviously, your intention is wrong). Sometimes you just have to be bold and take the risks and just bloody do it!! Good luck to you guys and I'm sure I'll be coming back here soon when I need guidance and advice on the endless immigration problems.
The power of mental persuassion........
