Regarding Earning Month assesment

Hello ,

I am currently in UK as WP holder and planning to apply for HSMP Tier 1 next month having a doubt in my month assesment.

I am working here for past 8 months and got only 8 pay slips with me but with that 8 pay slips, age,education am getting 85 points. Could any one help me out that this 8 payslips are enough or i need to wait for another 4 months to get 12 payslips. Thanks

You can apply based on 8 months earning.

Extract from General Guidance:

83. An applicant may claim for a period of earnings
of less than 12 months if they have earned sufficient
funds to claim the necessary points.
