Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 Gen Dependent

Hello,

Please help me with below questions

1. I am in ICT and my wife converted to Tier 2 Gen in May 2020 and I want to convert as dependent on her visa. Please suggest me the correct link. Shall I apply as skilled worker dependent ? or their is any old link to apply as Tier 2 Gen dependent ?
2. My wife is planning to take Maternity leave from 01st March 2021, will this cause any issue during my application process ?
3. what documents are required from my wife employer ?
