BRP collection

Hi there,

My wife joined me on spouse visa on January 2021. Her vignette is going expire in March. Although, her visa is granted till 2023 - but we need to collect the BRP cars from the post office before her vignette expires. The problem the post office from where we're supposed to collect BRP is temporarily closed until further notice. I contacted the post office customer care and they're just asking me to check home office guidance on BRP collection. The home office BRP collection website does not discuss anything about the post office closure scenario.

Can someone help me how to collect wife's BRP card?
