Children's settled status

Hello all seeking for advice. I received my settled status in 2019 but have since naturalised as a British citizen...

My children have EU passports and I wish to apply for their settled status...can I use my settled status reference to apply for them? Is that acceptable now that I'm naturalised and already sent back my biometric card? ( I'm non-EU former spouse of EU citizen).

Please advise
