If refused ILR based on marriage do you have right to appeal

Hi

I have done a quick recent search of this forum but can't find the answer immediately to this question:

If you apply for ILR and are refused based on 2 - year spouse visa do you have a right to appeal? If so what are the conditions/timeframe for an appeal?

i would think so. why where you refused

I am not 100% sure, but I dont think you have a right of appeal against this decision. A friend of mines daughter in law was refused,because she said that she recieves a little bit of support from her father inlaw and hence her ILR was refused.

She was told that she had no right of appeal and had to leave the country and a few days later was served with a deportation letter by the Immigration authority.

Luckily we got in touch with our local MP for assistance and despite all assurances given, they were adamant that she had to leave.Her huuby and his father went through 3 months of hell,but in the end she was eventually allowed to stay.
