Travelling outside of the UK

Hi,

I am currently staying in the UK on a Tier 2 ICT visa. I got a job offer from a new employer where they asked me to start on 19th April. My Skilled worker visa got approved yesterday. I might receive the BRP in the next 7 days.

If I want to travel outside of the UK (after receiving the BRP and before the joining date), could I do that?

I have resigned from the current job on 1st March and my end date with them is 31st March. I would like to travel to my brother's marriage (9th April).

I know we should not travel outside of the UK while our visa is in progress. The question is could I travel outside when the visa process is complete and receive the new BRP but the joining date is at a later date?
