IHS for Tier 2 Dependant - main applicant has ILR

Dear All,

My husband had a Tier 2 visa and got ILR last year. I don't qualify for ILR yet so I am applying for a Tier 2 Dependant extension. Firstly, is this the correct route?

Then again when trying to pay the IHS, I'm being asked for information about "The person you're joining or remaining with" i.e. my husband. One of the questions is "Visa route", and the next one is "Visa type". When I choose "Tier 2" for Visa route, the only options that I get in Visa type are Tier 2 Inter-company transfer, minister of religion and sportsperson, and there is NO option for Tier 2 General which was my husband's visa type.

What should I do now?! What should I choose? Am I in the right place in my application?

Hi All,
I'm surprised that no one else seems to have had this issue (I searched quite a while but I couldn't find a similar issue on this foroum).
Anyways, any help is much appreciated as I am at the last stage of my application but I cannot seem to find the correct option to choose for my husband's visa type.

Tier 2 (General) has been renamed as Skilled Worker.

Iam also in same position as mahs

For the field "The person you're joining or remaining with" if i select "Skilled worker" on visa route drop down box
Iam getting

• Skilled worker (Shortage occupation) 3 year
  Skilled worked ( Shortage Occupation) 5 year
  Skilled Worker ( 3 year)
  Skilked worker ( 5year)

I feel above options are not relevant as person you are joining is holding ILR. Can any one help us please as i have couple of days left to submit the application before visa expiry?
