I imagine it's a bit soon to post my queries on spouse visa extension- 5 year route FLR(M), but I want to be prepared when I have the time to do so instead of panicking when I am closing to the end date.
My brp card was issued on the 15/05/ 2019 and is valid until the 20/02/2022. I however entered the U.K on the 10th of June 2019. Taking into consideration the condition which states" the date of application should not be more than 28 days before the current spouse visa expires" , does it mean I will be eligible to submit my application only after the 24th of Jan 2022? I also read somewhere that we can apply for an extension after staying in the U.K for 2.5 years, which suggests that I can also apply after the 10th of Jan 2022?

My other query is around co- habitation evidence documentation- My husband and I have our joint water bills to corroborate as evidence, however since I have taken on my husband's surname legally, my name on these bills reflects both my previous surname and my new legal surname. Will this cause any issue? Alternatively, we are compiling a dossier of any correspondence addressed to either my spouse or I. So my question is - will any letters, even its from our pet insurance company, tesco , etc be used as evidence of co-habitation?
Thanks.
