English test

Post by VERO13 » Mon Mar 15, 2021 11:43 am

Hi,
I hold a Certificate of proficiency in English (Council of Europe level C2) issued by the University of Cambridge (ESOL examinations) and a Cambridge certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults.

Do I still need to do pass the B1 English test? In theory I shouldn't, but I am not sure about it.
Could you please advice me on that?

Thanks

Veronica

From the UKVI website https://www.gov.uk/english-language it would appear hat a C2 is acceptable. Check whether its on the list of authorised test centres. However if your test is older than 2 years you will need a new one.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
