Referee for citizenship application

I am applying citizenship together with my 14 year old daughter.
One online application, two applicants.
Can we use the same person (my friend) as the non-professional referee?
Or all 4 referees should be different?

You are fine with the same referee for both of you. The only rule is the Referees shouldn't be related to each other.
