Your title states "non EEA family member", but the main text of your post states "EEA family member". Can you clarify which is it?

Also, does the child hold an EEA nationality and where does the child currently reside?

When you state "family member", are you married?

OK. Let me clarify further.

Is your 16 year old child an EEA citizen?

Is the other parent of the 16 year old child an EEA Citizen?
