Dear all, Please advice.
18th Aug 2014- Tier 4 Student Visa
Feb 2016- Graduate Entrepreneur visa.
March 2017 Extension Graduate entrepreneur
Feb 2018 applied - Entrepreneur Visa.
April 2018 got refusal of Entrepreneur Visa.
Given Admin review option ( That was refused too).
Reapplied fresh application within 14 days of Admin refusal date. (whole time i was in United Kingdom)
Application accepted and i Got Entrepreneur visa in May 2019.
Valid till May 2022..
If i Switch to student visa in sept 2021 and then Post study visa for 2 year which will make 10 year in the country. can i still be able to apply for ILR long route.
or will i be an overstayer?
as my visa got rejected and Admin review also and had to apply fresh application?

Seems
okay. Check again in 2024.
Why not continue as an Entrepreneur?

I meant the rules or their interpretation may have changed at that time.

Sorry to be sounding bit pushy. If they change any rules in 2024. Am i not be considered with old rules as or exempt with new changed rules if they do so? I just want to be sure weather i am doing right thing coz i still have time for Extension of entrepreneur visa i can try to create 2 full time job. but i thought this route would be much simpler as I would gain a Degree and will be allowed to work and this would be less investment then take risk in business ( as current scenario is not good for business). Sorry I am bit very nervous and confused as i had a visa refusal before and got it eventually but after 1 year. I would appreciate if you please share your insight.
