DOCUMENTATIONS FOR HSMP/TIER 1VISA

I have the HSMP approval letter and would like to know the necessary documents to submit alongside my application and the exact form(s) to fill both for me and my family as i am presently confused.

I hear that those of who applied under the HSMP and got the approval letter would now have to apply for the VISA under the HSMP/TIER 1 system.

Please i will be glad if i can be educated as i don't want to commit blunders.

If you have already got an HSMP approval letter, but have not applied for permission to enter or stay as a Highly Skilled Migrant, you will automatically score points for your attributes and for English language because you have an HSMP approval letter.

You must fill in all other appropriate sections of the relevant application form, including the maintenance (funds) section.

You willl be charged a reduced fee for your application under the highly skilled worker category.

HSMP approval letters are valid for a period of six months from the date of issue.

Thanks a lot for this incisive response to my inquiry. I really appreciate it. However, i need to know if i am to submit the earlier documents(Certificates, Pay Slips, Letter from Employer etc) attached to my application to the UK Home Office or the just the Approval Letter.

The reason is because those documents have already been submitted to another agency for another project.

Also, is the form to be filled the Point Based System Form (VAF 9 AUG 2008) APPENDIX 1:TIER 1 (GENERAL) MIGRANT SELF -ASSESSMENT, which states that if you already have hsmp approval letter, Complete Parts 7-8. If that is true, what form would dependents fill and if not, what is the appropritate forms for us.
