Relatives in Uk *student’s dependent visa*

Hello everyone
I am applying for student dependent visa. In the application form there is a section where they ask about “relatives who lives in UK”. My elder brother and sister are settled in UK. But when my wife filled her student visa application she didn’t mention about them in her application. Now what should i do? Should i tell them about my brother and sister in the application form or not?
