applying for naturalisation for couple on one form

My question is pretty simple , i am applying for my naturalisation via online form. my question is can i also add my wife in the same application form. She is also applying for naturalisation .

Yes you can add her in the same account but she will fill her own form, given you both meet requirements on your own.
