I am in the process of applying RoA CoE for my twin babies who were born in India in Oct 2020. Father is a British Citizen (through naturalization) and mum is Indian. The twins have got their Indian passports.
I have a couple of queries and a clarification with the CoE application from India.
1) Please can you some share the processing time for the application from Chennai?
2) I understand TB certificate is not required for the infant application. Please confirm.
Following are the set of documents I am planning to submit for the application, pls advise if anything else to add.
1) Application form
2) Twins Birth Certificate
3) Copies of Parents Passport
4) Copy of the Naturalization Certificate (Father)
5) Copies of Twins Indian Passport
6) Parents Marriage Certificate Copy
7) UK Address proof
Consent letter from the parents.9) Appointment letter.
