The whole purpose of getting the record deleted is that you don't have to explain it to anyone. It's as if it didn't happen. You will never ever mention it again. This is not a conviction but just an arrest. You are not guilty because you got arrested.MattyJamesN wrote: ↑Mon Mar 29, 2021 8:45 pmThanks for your reply and I completely understand why people would automatically shut off or stop listening when they hear someone has been arrested for such a thing I don't want it against my name it's the worst thing to be accused of/have against me I'm confident I will be able to explain it under the circumstances if given the chance as a teenager at the time seeing a Photoshopped picture of a naked person who's head was swapped for that of a horse head was funny to me back then as it was to my friend who initially sent it to me. One of those life lessons I guess. I did question how I was to know the person in the picture was that of an underage person especially seeing as the way it was edited.
I'm aware regardless of getting the record deleted I will still have to explain to the visa officer I just hope he/she is understanding despite the subject matter.
Under certain circumstances, especially when the person was juvenile, there are options to get that deleted. It won't be part of any record and nobody will know about it until YOU tell them.
Got it, thanks!Zerubbabel wrote: ↑Mon Mar 29, 2021 10:51 pmUnder certain circumstances, especially when the person was juvenile, there are options to get that deleted. It won't be part of any record and nobody will know about it until YOU tell them.
