Wifes visa due to expire soon on the FLR route please help

Good afternoon All,

I had a query in relation to applying either for Indefinite Leave to remain as a partner of a British Citizen having lived here as a wife in the U.K. with 2 British Children or shall I apply for the FLR (FP) route? As I have not passed the LIFE IN THE U.K. TEST, therefore I require immediate and quick advice on what to do, as I believe that if I take the ILR route it will not benefit me, as this will be automatically refused/cancelled.

Could you kindly please help guide me in the best direction and what course of action to take.

I am currently on the FLR(M)...which is due to expire on the 09/04/21. Which Visa shall I apply for?

Hi Casa many thanks for your response in applying for the FLR (P) Partner route, just a quick question as the time is coming nearer the expiry of the visa, is it still ok for me to apply for the extension and what discretion would they base their decision on?
