Wp and dependent visa

Hi all.
I am on tier1 work permit for last 3 years. I got married last month in Pakistan. Will my wife come here on fiance visa or dependant visa .I think it will be dependant visa so are the requirements the same as fiance visa?
What documents I have to provide?
1. Do I have to send my original WP, I am in UK working

2.I live with my brother and his family, How do I show i got accomodation ,I dont pay any rent or anything.

3. My company is not paying me the money stated on WorkPermit. as it is not in a good condition for time being ,but they will be paying me full money sooon. If i send my pay slips(which are less than wp stated salary) to Pakistan for my wifes visa ,will that be any problem?

4. I can apply for ILR next year, what happens if my ILR is refused, My work visa is valid till 2007 , if ILR is refused does it mean I cant stay here anymore or my work visa continues till 2007?

Not quite.

Just a photocopy would do. Having it attested by a solicitor might be a good idea, though is not a requirement by the BHC !!!

Your brother needs to have the property surveyed, and the surveyor would then compile a brief report (normally a page or two) stating the number of rooms, bathrooms, number of people occupying the premises and as to whether there is ample space to accommodate another person.

I am afraid so I can't comment on this. But it would be wise to take this up with your Admin. department, as you'll be needing a letter of employment confirming your working status with them as well.

The latter is true, but I am no expert in immigration rules, so do wait for others to respond.
