ILR via Tier 2 Dependant

FIrst of all my sincere apologies if this question has been answered before on the forum. I did try to search for the forum but couldn't find the correct answer

I was granted my ILR via TIer 2 route and now I'm applying for my wife's ILR through the SET (O) form. On the document check list it says:

"Declaration signed by (HUSBAND NAME) to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks"

My question here is that the consent form is 3 part form
Part 1: Consent for the Home Office to verify application information
Part 2: Consent for the Home Office to verify third party information
Part 3: Consent for the Home Office to verify information from third part sponsor

I do believe I have to fill in part 2 of the form set, but still wanted to confirm?
