ILR Financial Requirement

Hi All,

Im applying for ILR set M in few days and my financial require ment 18600. my income 19K which is fine (monthly net £1453) but my monthly mortgage is 1472. will it be an issue? will case worker question how we meeting other expenses....

Do you think i should show any other income/ saving, if it is availiable......

Your Mortgage can be £10k a month, doesn't matter. Just make sure you show that you earn enough to meet the financial requirements as specified in the guidance.
